Shipping Information:
If your order totals $99 or more (not including items that require special shipping, oversized items, or items being shipped directly from the manufacturer) and the shipping destination is within the contiguous 48 states, we will pay USPS or UPS Ground Shipping fees for you! For order total under $99, we provide Flat Rate $4.99 and will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail¢ē or UPS Ground. To receive Flate Rate or Free Shipping, you need to select Standard Shipping from Shipping Method when you place the order.

  1. We do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes.
  2. We do NOT ship to any location outside of United State.
  3. If you provide incorrect shipping address and your order is returned to us, we will charge the billing party any fees assessed by the shipping company.


For International Shipping, the shipping cost will be 15% of your order when you place order. We will contact you for approval of shipping cost if actual shipping cost is different.

If you are not satisfied with our merchandise, please return or exchange within 7 days of the receipt.

  1. The item(s) must retain all tags and show no signs of open, use or wear.
  2. All original packaging, including warranties, inner packaging and tags must be present, attached, and in good condition.
  3. Items cannot be returned if assembled.
  4. * Items retruned within 30 days of receipt are eligible for store credit only.

A Few Things To Note:
  1. You are responsible for the cost of shipping unless the return/exchange is the result of our error.
  2. Items received as gifts are eligible for store credit or item exchange.
  3. All returned orders may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, due to damage incurred by customer, or poor repackaging of returned items. The assessment will be deducted from the refund amount.
  4. We cannot refund any shipping and handling fees on drop ship items. Some of these oversized drop ship items are not returnable. Please contact our customer service department at support@imaginarybaum.com for more information on these items.
  5. Imaginary Baum reserves the right to refuse returned merchandise if we do not receive the merchandise in original condition. In such a case, the items will be returned to you. If the shipment is rejected, we reserve the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit. All costs related to the return must be paid by the customer.


The Return/Exchange Process
  1. Before returning any item(s), please email our customer service department at support@imaginarybaum.com. Please include the order number, name, address and identify the item(s) you'd like to return.
  2. We will let you know where you need to send your return item(s) to.
  3. Get a Refund or Store Credit
    1. 5-7 business days upon receipt and inspection Imaginary Baum will issue a refund or store credit of the purchase price paid less any coupons, shipping charges and gift wrapping fees, if applicable.
    2. All returned orders may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, due to damage incurred by customer, or poor repackaging of returned items. The assessment will be deducted from the refund amount.
    3. ** We strongly recommend that you insure the return package. This protects you in case the shipment is damaged or lost in transit. Remember, we can only credit you for item(s) received in our warehouse. We'll send an email when your return is processed.
